Just another CD cover

So I was in private study and had no access to Photoshop and I wanted to adapt some of the bands CD cover's to mine. I like this one as it is based on.

 

Here are the different elements I used on the photo.

I tried a similar, bright, high contrast images with lots of repeats of the same person.

Narrative time map.

Narrative maps are a great way to allow me to combine my story board and my lyric's annotations. Doing this allowed me to correct the time stamps and correctly allocate slow motions shots, fast cuts, pans and transitions, to fit the appropriate lyrics and imagery.

Organisation - October.

As I am working by my self I need to be extra organised. To do this, I have printed off a calendar for the month and have allocated days to doing specific tasks, topics and going to events. However, there are a few tasks I haven't completed, so I have circled them and will relocated a date for the tasks. I have also already relocated tasks and switched days around, as shown by the arrows. 

Lyrics plan

I have printed out the lyrics for the song so it was easier for me to write down my ideas and plan it better. I feel that this has helped me link the lyrics and the video more because  could link directly to the words.

I asked my peers what they think of my plan of the lyrics and song and they said my annotations of the shots link well and it is clear and coherent. Unlike my writing. They also said I need to be consistent as the beginning of the song is more detailed than the end.

SETTING THE SCENE

It's a dark gloomy night, when Elsa and a friend decide to talk with spirits. they set up candles and prepare the board for Nicholas Cage, but Elsa gets scared and forgets to set the spirit to rest. with only the light of the moon helping Elsa see. She's all alone with no one around. Her phones running low. and out of the corner of her eye, she spots him - Shia LaBeouf  Nicholas Cage, the cult. If they get her, her life as she knows it will change. The thought of being encaged by this terrible society fighters her to the core - even driving her mad. They're following her. They spilt up and start to tag her down. They're gaining on her. they know her greatest fear - insects. She's looking for a way out, a way to avoid them, a way to stay away and stay clear. but they run, and run, and run. They're lurking in the shadows and murdering everyone she loves. So what does she do? She comes to terms with it and decides that life needs to go on and lets it go. This is the story of Elsa and how she becomes one with the Cage.
